A corporate Holiday
Jack has his own independent business. He has about 50 odd people working under him. 50 is not a great figure in numerical terms, but in terms of productivity, these 50 persons are right up there with the best. A lot of credit for that goes to Jack. He takes great care of his employees, or his friends, as he prefers to call them. He takes them on an all expenses paid holiday every year, where they can unwind and forget about office. This year, he took them to ski in La Plagne. La Plagne is a ski resort in the Alps. A few of the older people in the company had gone skiing in Val d’Isere a few years ago, so this wasn’t new for them. For those who did not how to ski, Jack arranged to hire private instructors. Jack loves the thrill that going down the slopes brings- he owns a few snowboarding chalets in Courchevel himself. Trips like these make his company one of the ones to be reckoned with in the industry.
