I recently visited Las Vegas for a real estate conference. I was the member of the press and was tasked to cover all the discussions on Real Estate in Las Vegas. The conference was over in two days and I decided to spend some time looking around Las Vegas. I asked some real estate agents to show me to some Las Vegas Lofts because I’ve heard that they were very popular in Las Vegas. They brought me to some renovated and luxury lofts that overlooked the art district downtown and I also asked them if they knew anything about Green Valley Real Estate. They told me that it was the largest master planned community in Henderson, Nevada and that it was a real place to invest in real estate.
